Jeffrey Fraim – Virginia Golf Pro

Fraim was born in Warminster, Pennsylvania, 20 miles outside of Philadelphia, and has been playing golf since the age of 13. This year marks his 22nd year in the industry and, at 38, he is the Head Golf Professional at The Highland Course at Primland, a leading Virginia golf resort.

In 2006, Fraim came to Virginia from his seasonal position at the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida. He has had an impressive background at some of the country’s most prestigious private clubs, including Yeamans Hall Club, Charleston, SC, Myopia Hunt Club, Hamilton, MA, Edgartown Golf Club, Martha’s Vineyard, MA, Sunnybrook Golf Club, Plymouth Meeting, PA and Huntingdon Valley Country Club, Huntingdon Valley, PA.

He has been tutored by some of the nation’s best golf professionals including Bill Safrin, PGA Master Professional, Myopia Hunt Club, and past President of the PGA of America, Jack Connelly. An accomplished player, he tried his hand at mini-tour life in 1999 and 2000, before deciding to continue his club professional career. Recently, Fraim won the 2008 Delta Dental Pro Am in Roanoke, VA, and the 2008 Homestead Pro Am in Hot Springs, VA. Now, as a Class “A” Member of the PGA, Fraim’s strengths are providing unparalleled service to guests, teaching, merchandising, and tournament operations.
